At Home Zone Furniture, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on most furniture items in original condition. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are excluded from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery or pickup to obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a home pickup for a nominal fee, or bring the item back to your nearest Home Zone showroom.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
